From the ashes of VOORHEES and IMBALANCE comes THE HORROR. Two internationally well known and almost legendary bands from the UK hardcore / punk underground. This new CD is the follow up to their debut 10" on Chainsaw Safety and contains 14 new songs that are executed with precision and that are full of angst, energy and fury. THE HORROR combine the musical bulldozer that VOORHEES was, with Andy's (IMBALANCE) vocals being a bit reminiscent to those of LOS CRUDOS. Lyrics hold a great balance between social political rants with a sarcastic undertone. The CD contains as a bonus the 14 songs from The Horror’s Chainsaw Safety debut 10" from 2003 and has 28 songs in total!!!. This CD is a definite pleaser for fans of classic hardcore acts like LOS CRUDOS, JERRY’S KIDS, VOORHEES and early GANG GREEN.
