The VBL hail from Washington DC and seeing them live was amazing. Fast political hardcore that blends different styles into a wall of sound. Think of Catharsis mixed with what these days is called the 'Memphis sound'. Heavy guitar riffs with emotive vocals. This is their debut 7", The 6 songs were recorded by Will from Orchid. Packaged in a nice full color fold-out cover with a 16 page booklet, this band should be checked out whenever someone has a chance. Hardcore from the heart.
