The debut full length of this Oslo City based band took everyone by surprise. Musically ‘Calling in dead’ offers a mix between (late) REFUSED’S and UNBROKEN’S rocking and grooving music topped off with the heaviness from bands like BOTCH or DILLINGER ESCAPE PLAN. ‘Calling in dead’ was received overwhelmingly, resulting in countless tours through Europe and the USA, JR EWING gained the reputation of being the best live band in the European underground scene. JR EWING are constantly touring with names such as PRETTY GIRLS MAKE GRAVES, THE LOCUST, DAS OATH, TURBO NEGRO, THE MARS VOLTA. As different as all these bands are, JR EWING manages to cross over to all these crowds. Vinyl is on clear / orange splattered vinyl, limited to 1000l!!
